Version 2.1.3

Version 2.1.3 is a free update for registered users and includes the following changes:

[Library Browser] Added contextual menu to table.

[Library Browser] Added refresh button.

[Library Browser] Fixed a problem saving the window position.

[Library Browser] Fixed various refresh and update bugs.

[Smart Lists] Having criteria with no value entered should no longer cause an error.

[Chef View] Views having multiple tabs no longer incorrectly open a Safari window.

[Recipe] Entering a phrase for a quantity no longer prevents auto-fill from working.

[Shopping List] Using the delete key to delete items now sucessfully deletes them.
