Version 2.0.0 Beta 10

This beta release includes the following changes:

[FIXED] Fixed a problem migrating certain smart lists from version 1 to version 2.

[FIXED] Entering servings on Info tab will now enter value into scaling servings field.

[FIXED] Fixed a problem that was enabling Get Info command when it shouldn't have been enabled.

[FIXED] Fixed a problem releasing memory incorrectly that was causing an intermittent crash.

[FIXED] Measurement in pounds now treated as a solid instead of liquid measurement.

[CHANGED] Made delete confirmation dialogs more like Apple's dialogs for consistency.

[CHANGED] System categories, equipment, courses, etc. can now be deleted in the library browser.

[ADDED] Keywords and categories can now be added from recipe import assistant.
